7.6 Delivery & Carriers: Message delivery can be delayed or undelivered by carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7.7 Data Use: We process your phone number, message content (where applicable), and delivery metadata (timestamps, status). Twilio acts as our processor to transmit messages and provide delivery analytics. We do not sell your personal information.
7.8 Sharing: We share SMS-related data with Twilio solely to deliver and manage messaging. We do not share SMS data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7.9 Privacy & Retention: SMS data is protected consistent with this Privacy Policy. We retain records as necessary for legal, security, and operational purposes, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.
