He did a masterpiece with 3 baby wolves and a momma wolf with my recently passed mother's ekg in the moon and the date of passing at the bottom. Such a respectful wonderful man. I would recommend him to anyone. He did a great job already healed and no pain. Light touch great line work and outstanding shading. Thank you for capturing my mother's memory for my lifetime.

Philly is the best he’s done all of my tattoos. I don’t want anybody else to do them. His line work shading and realism is amazing. He always works with me on my budget and make sure that we have great communication every time 1000 out of 10 recommended
