PhillyInkz is a platform that connects clients with professional tattoo artists. We provide booking services, artist portfolios, and communication tools to facilitate tattoo appointments and services.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Artist discovery and portfolio browsing
• Appointment booking and scheduling
• Direct messaging between clients and artists
• Payment coordination and tracking
• Digital waiver management
• Review and rating system

3.1 Account Creation: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. For minors aged 16-17, parental consent is required for tattoo services.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.1 Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our platform. Appointments are subject to artist availability and confirmation.

4.2 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.

4.3 No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in account suspension and loss of deposit.

5.1 Waiver Requirements: All clients must complete a digital waiver before receiving services. This includes health disclosures and risk acknowledgment.

5.2 Health Conditions: You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process.

5.3 Safety Standards: All artists follow strict health and safety protocols in accordance with local regulations.

6.1 Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposit amount varies by artist and service.

6.2 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as specified by each artist including cash, card, and digital payments.

6.3 Refund Policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the specified timeframe.
